Fruity nose with fine intensity, delicate and richness. Notes of pulpy cherries, dried strawberries and then a hint of star anise combined with hints of tangy purple plums and hints of toasted almond and praline. The palate is mineral with freshness and smoothness. There is fatness and a certain roundness. There is a fine fluidity, definition and discreetly tight character with notes of pulpy and dried cherries, red fruits with a patina and more slightly dried violets and lilies. There are also hints of almond, tobacco and a subtle touch of cardamom. The tannins are racy and structuring. Good length.
