On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy bigarreau cherry, wild blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of small berries, laurel, dry lilac/dry violet as well as hints of nutmeg, mushroom and Cuben pepper. Tannins are precise and racy.
