The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a mineral structure, acidity, good definition, a certain gourmandize, precision. It expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, bright/acidulous red plum and small notes of bright/acidulous cherry associated with hints of violet as well as hints of cornflower and liquorice and a fine almost sage hint.
