A blend of 5 varieties – Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Mtsvivani, Kisi from Eastern Georgia, Krakhuna from Western Georgia, aged on the skins in qvevri (clay vessel).
The wine shows a light amber colour. On the nose it reveals notes of dried meadow herbs, a refreshing hint of menthol and eucalyptus combined with nuances of baked apple, dried apricots and peaches. The palate is meticulously balanced between elevated acidity, supple, velvety tannins and moderate alcohol. The finish is slightly nutty and lingering with pleasant marzipan and candied orange note.
