(Yamada Nishiki) The nose is fine, quite precise, fruity and aromatic. It reveals notes of nectarine and flowers associated with slight notes of melon and a touch of white fruits. The mouth is suave, round, fat, soft, precise and juicy. In mouth this Sake expresses notes of white fruit and nectarine associated with a slight notes of citrus (in the background) and a discreet note of exotic fruit. Good length and persistence. The finish is relatively dry and fresh.
