The wine has a nice light straw color. The nose is fruity and intense with notes of dried stone fruits and nuts such as hazelnut and almond as well as green grapes, crunchy apple and lemon. It is a wine marked by a little evolution which adds to its complexity. There are also hints of ripe banana, spices, earl grey tea and eucalyptus. The mouth presents a sweetness on the attack which is surprising and welcome. We have a tangy frame with roundness. There are notes of Williams pear, ripe banana, crisp yellow apple as well as sweet spices and white grapes. It’s a nice discovery with a beautiful bottle whose tasting ends with a hint of pineapple and its sparkling as well as the grape skin and its measured bitterness.
