Arnauld Lambert, Les Parcellaires : Terres Rouges, crais sablo – limoneuse 2022 – Saumur – Champigny

The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers fruit and a fine mineral structure. We find notes of crushed blackcurrant, morello cherry, wild strawberry, red cherry and redcurrant, associated with a chalky, herbaceous (dried mint, blackcurrant leaf) and floral (violet, peony) touches. The palate is gourmand, open, very fruity, with a beautiful wrapped and refined tannin structure. It expresses the flavors of morello cherry, red cherry jam, wild strawberry, crushed blackcurrant, raspberry coulis, combined with notes of peony, violet, lily, mint syrup and blackcurrant leaf. The finish is gourmand, fruity and fresh. Good acidity and good persistence.
