The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. On the nose, it offers purity, complexity, and lots of fruit. It expresses notes of juicy yellow peach, ripe apricot, yellow lemon, green apple, melon, and juicy mango, as well as delicate notes of white flowers (apple blossom, acacia), spices (a very slight hint of vanilla), as well as delicate lactic (apricot yoghurt) and herbaceous (fresh thyme) notes. On the palate, the wine is chiseled and tangy. It expresses notes of dried lemon zest, fresh lemon, green apple, green pear, dried green apple, lime, as well as field flowers and a light mineral touch and hay in the background. The acidity is lively and salivating, the finish is persistent, with a good bitterness and a very fine tannic side. A lively and structured wine.
