The nose is nicely made, refined and a bit “warm”. It reveals notes of leather combined with a touch of dried figs and slight notes of caramelized quince. The palate is fresh, elegant, complex, gourmand and racy. In the mouth it expresses notes of citrus associated with small lemon notes, yellow peach notes and a touch of Tarte Tatin, caramel, vanilla, toast and leather. Good length.
