Armagnac Jean Cavé 1977 – Bas-Armagnac

Armagnac Jean Cavé 1977 – Bas-Armagnac

The nose reveals notes of candied orange zest, crystallized fruits and slight notes of flowers associated with a touch of salted butter caramel. The palate is fresh, soft, mineral, elegant, gourmand and relatively fat. In the mouth it expresses notes of fresh fruits, citrus and slight notes of rancio and pineapple combined with a slight toasted note, tobacco and cocoa on the finish. Good length and persistence in the mouth.
