The nose is beautifully fine, elegant and quite powerful. It reveals nice notes of mocha, orange and candied zests associated with slight notes of spices, nutmeg and a fine woody notes in the background. The palate is fresh, mineral, fat and offers a nice suave matter. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of peach in syrup and slight notes of candied citrus combined with a few fine notes of citrus zest (orange, lemon), tarte tatin and a few light notes of candied orange, touches of rancio, a hint of caramel, nougat and a discreet note of crushed banana. Good length and persistence on the palate with a fine note of alcool. The finish is suave.
