(Base 2016, Sparkling). The nose is fruity, mineral and offers a fine freshness as well as a fine creaminess. It reveals notes of apple, small white fruits and a varietal touch associated with a discreet hint of flower and ripe lemon. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, mineral, dynamic, very finely tight and offers energy as well as small tension. The effervescence is fine, well-built and finely creamy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon and crunchy/fresh green apple associated with small touches of pear, green melon as well as discreet varietal hint. Good length.
