The nose is elegant, fine and offers complexity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. The nose reveals notes of plum, blackberry and small notes of ripe wild red berries associated with touches of gray pepper, blueberry, licorice, black as well as a very discreet hint of gray pepper (in background). The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, harmony, minerality, freshness, a good structure, tension, a good finesse of the grain as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy black cherry, juicy Quetsche plum and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of wild red berries, hints of chocolate, caramelization / toasted hints as well as a very discreet hint of coffee (in the background) and Bourbon vanilla (in the background). Good length. There is a discreet hint of chocolate on the persistence.
