The nose is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of fresh quince and small notes of litchee, crunchy peach/green apple associated with a hint of peach flower, citrus as well as an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful juiciness, a small tension, precision, a beautiful fat, freshness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince and juicy mirabelle associated with small notes of litchee, peach flowers, green apple as well as a fine touch of citrus (in the background). Good lenght.
