The nose is fruity, powerful and very elegant. It reveals notes of Zante currant, dried orange zests and small notes of flowers, caramel pear combined with a hint of Cuben, almond as well as a subtle hint of cedar / blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, suave, gourmand, elegant and offers delicacy, tension, a good acid frame as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of dry apricot, dry yellow grape and candied lemon combined with touches of candied mandarin, dried strawberry, caramelized orange as well as a subtle hint of caramelization, cedar and an imperceptible touch of pepper. Good length and outstanding persistence. The aftertaste offers power. There is a hint of hazelnut on the aftertaste.
