Ana Nada – Vaileirano 2015 – Barbaresco

The nose is elegant, fruity and gourmand. It reveals notes of fleshy/juicy strawberry, raspberry and small notes of juicy plum associated with small tocuhes of toasted, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of cornflower, vanilla and an impercpetible hint of copse (in the background). The palate is mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine juiciness, elegance as well as a juicy/acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy red berries, juicy/acidulous cherry and small notes of juicy/crunchy raspberry associated with fine touches of flowers, chocolate/mocha as well as discreet hints of toasted almond and a very discreet hint of tea/copse. Tannins are well-built.
