The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, racy and offers a beautiful gourmandise, depthness, delicacy, a very slight austerity as well as concentration and richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, cassis and wild strawberry combined with touches of redcurrant jam, minerality / saline as well as subtle notes of Bourbon vanilla, cardamom, spices, a very discreet touch of dark chocolate (on the finish) and an imperceptible touch of Cuben pepper.
