It reveals notes of cassis, ripe strawberry and redcurrant jelly associated with slight / discreet notes of blue fruits, a hint of flowers as well as a touch of sweet spices, Bourbon vanilla, racy / saline minerality, a discreet hint of liquorice and an imperceptible touch of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, racy and offers a beautiful gourmandise, depthness, delicacy, a very slight austerity as well as concentration and richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, cassis and wild strawberry combined with touches of redcurrant jam, minerality / saline as well as subtle notes of Bourbon vanilla, cardamom, spices, a very discreet touch of dark chocolate (on the finish) and an imperceptible touch of Cuben pepper. Good length.
