The nose is fruity and offers a certain elegance, a little creaminess, gourmandize as well as a delicate depth. It reveals notes of creamy Boysenberry, crushed strawberry and more lightly of pulpy Quetsche plum associated with small touches of fresh lily, graphite, racy minerality as well as a hint of cornflowers, pepper and a very discreet hint of toast. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, a mineral frame, a certain gourmandize, a little roundness, juiciness, tension as well as a very delicate stretched side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, juicy / bright plum and more slightly fleshy strawberry associated with touches of crushed small black fruits, cornflower, lilies as well as fine hints of graphite, salinity, mocha and a subtle hint of toast. Tannins are precise, delicate, salivating and well developed.
