The nose is a bit more discreet than the Cuvée Les Herses and the Cuvée Les Romains. It reveals notes of white fruits. The palate is balanced, fresh and finely structured. On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple, nectarine and exotic fruits associated with some notes of pear, sweet citrus (especially grapefruit) and slight notes of lemon zest and oak.
