The nose is fresh, fruity and offers gourmandize and a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of yellow plum, fleshy/ripe Reine Claude plum, quince and small notes of lemon associated with fine touches of lemon flower and a discreet hint of mandarine flowers. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize as well as a juicy/finely acidulous frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed Reine Claude plum, pear and small notes of fleshy yellow apple associated with very fine hints of quenette, mandarine flowers and bee wax/butter. Good length. A beautiful persistence with a very discreet hint of toasted/toasted almond.
