The nose is aromatic, fresh, precise, slightly intense and offers concentration and fat. It reveals notes of apple, pear and slight touches of lychee associated with hints of zest, lime, yuzu as well as subtle toasted hints and butter. The mouth is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, roundness / amplitude, a slight juiciness, a good gourmandise, fat, a slight unctuosity, a slight acid frame, tension, straightness, a nice fat, finesse as well as a beautiful minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy pear, fleshy / juicy flat peach and touches of juicy grapes, lychee associated with subtle touches of fleshy citrus (tangerine, lemon), quenette, an imperceptible touch of zest as well as touches of toasted oak, vanilla and subtle touches of butter (in the background). Good length. Beautiful persistence with touches of almond / toasted touches. There are touches of hazelnut on the aftertaste. A beautiful wine!
