The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, elegant, gourmand, a bit tight and offers fleshiness, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a certain delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, wild raspberry and small notes of ripe / juicy cassis associated with small touches of ripe redcurrants, liquorice, spices, tea as well as discreet toasted hints / sweet spices.
