The nose is aromatic, racy and offers a certain intensity as well as a fine racy minerality. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, a racy mineralityand small notes of fresh cassis associated with fine touches of violet, small fresh red berries as well as hints of lily. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, a certain unctuosity, power as well as an acidulous frame, suavity, silkiness, a beautiful finesse of the richness, delicacy, a fine straightness and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, fresh violet and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of iris, a racy minerality, discreet hints of fresh mild tobacco, a discreet hint of fresh almond, fine hints of mocha and toasted. Good length. Tannins are elegant and precise.
