The nose is fine, powerful and incisive. It reveals notes of dried apricot, candied citrus and slight notes of exotic fruit associated with slight notes of tobacco, rancio and a discreet touch of gray pepper and tea. The palate is fresh, mineral, fat, suave, round, balanced and offers sweetness as well as a fleshy and gourmande matter. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of fig, apricot, candy and slight notes of candied white fruits combined with slight notes of rancio, caramel as well as a touch of eucalyptus candy, marmalade and a fine toasted note / note of vanilla on the finish. Good length and persistence.
