The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of crunchy flat peach, exotic fruits and flowers (honeysuckle, rose) combined with touches of almond as well as subtle hints of spices, compoted vine peach (in the background) as well as an imperceptible hint of beeswax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice acid frame, a slight juiciness, a nice minerality as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy / juicy flat peach, pear and flowers (white flowers and rose) associated with slight touches of pear, beeswax as well as an imperceptible hint of grapefruit (in the background) and very discreet spicy touches.
