The nose is elegant, racy and offers a good definiton, a fine grain and a small deepness. It reveals notes of fleshy white fruits, crushed brugnon, small notes of crushed apple associated with fine touches of white flowers, lilac as well as a subtle hint of quince and discreet hints of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, roundness, a beautiful gourmandize as well as richness (full of control and balance) and finesse of the grain/very discreetly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed brugnon, crushed pear, small notes of quince associated with subtle hints of racy minerality, vanilla, toasted bread and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. Good length and persistence. An imperceptible tannic hint on the persistence as well as sapidity and suavity on the finish/persistence.
