The nose is elegant and offers power, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful precision as well as intensity (justly controlled) and subtility. It reveals notes of cassis, raspberry, small notes of rose associated with touches of cherry, lily as well as fine hints of pistil, fleshy plum, a racy minerality, discreet hints of bergamot, toasted and a subtle hint of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, suavity, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as tension (full of finesse), subtility and a good/delicate structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy cherry, juicy/acidulous redcurrant, small notes of acidulous strawberry associated with touches of juicy/acidulous violet plum as well as hints of violet, lily, rose, a subtle hint of zan, bergamot, sugared mild tobacco and a very discreet hint of hazelnut. Tannins are precise, ripe. A very discreet hint of toasted/hazelnut which brings appetence. A beautiful wine !
