The nose is fruity, finely tight and offers a fine richness as well as a beautiful freshness. It reveals notes of fleshy/fresh pear, quince and small notes of ripe/fresh associated with touches of vanilla, toasted as well as a very discreet hint of white flowers and an imperceptible hint of white pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, tension, energy as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy lemon, juicy/ripe mandarine and small notes of juicy/ripe quince associated with fine touches of toasted, vanilla, zests as well as an imperceptible hint of fresh almond (in the background). Good length and good persistence.
