The nose is fruity, gourmand, racy, juicy and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of blueberry, fleshy black cherry and slight notes of cassis associated with fine touches of racy minerality as well as fine touches of strawberry, olive tree / black olive, cuben pepper and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, a bit tight and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine acidity (in the background) as well as a fine juiciness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry and crushed blueberry combined with slight notes of crushed red berries, Bigarreau cherry as well as a touch of flowers, licorice, black olive, toasted / caramelized oak and a very discreet hint of tobacco (in the background). Tannins are fine, a bit firm and young. Good length. A promising wine! (2020+)
