The nose is fruity. It reveals slight notes of exotic fruits, quince and discreet hints of yellow stone fruits associated with a subtle hint of physalis as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, slightly fleshy and offers a slight creaminess, juiciness, a slight acid frame/citrus, freshness, gourmandise as well as a very discreet perlant/sparkling character (on the attack). In the mouth this wine expresses slight notes of compoted peach and quenette associated with slight notes of crushed Williams pear as well as subtle touches of vanilla and an imperceptible hint of ripe physalis.
