The saké is transparent like crystal water. The nose is nice with a medium intensity of aromas like pineapple and anis seed. It’s fresh and delicate. The attack is also fresh and with a nice slight acidity on anis seed. Pineapple, grains, watermelon and apple are appearing little by little. The bitterness shows off with a beautiful long finish full of umami and flowers. It’s super delicate.
