The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of blueberry, cherry and fresh fruit. The palate is balanced, harmonious and fruity. In the mouth it expresses notes of ripe red fruit, cherry and slight notes of black fruits, dried blackberry, blueberry associated with a hint of spice and a oaky note in the background. It’s a bit less full and a less weight in the mouth than on the Ailes de Paloumey 2008.
