The saké is water clear with a silver rim. The nose is about roasted rice, bread, chestnut and cooked pineapple. It needs a little bit of air to develop more intensity. The mouth has a nice freshness with some pineapple, cooked rice and cooked pear aromas. Some kirsch flavors are coming. It’s quite complex with a long finish. It has a nice balance between the acidity and the umami. Good texture.
