The wine needs time to open. The nose reveals notes of terracotta, leather and slight notes of red currant associated with touches of cassis as well as a few slight woody notes and a slight note of mushroom. The palate is fruity, precise, relatively elegant and offers a certain freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry, raspberry and blackberry jam associated with slight notes of cherry and a slight note of liquorice on the finish. Tannins are well built and a bit firm. Good length.
