Aegerter – Réserve Personnelle 2017 – Volnay

The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a small gourmandize / richness. It reveals notes of crushed strawberry, blackberry and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of small blue fruits as well as fine hints of pistil, tobacco and a discreet hint of dried rose. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a fine acidulous frame as well as a very fine tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of cornflowers, lily associated with a touch of small blue berries as well as fine hints of dried rose, tobacco and a discreet hint of varietal bitterness. Tannins are very slightly marked / dry.
