The nose is aromatic and offers a fine grain as well as power. It reveals notes of quince, kumquat and small notes of crunchy Mirabelle plum associated with fine touches of citrus, flint, yellow flowers as well as very discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, well-definition as well as elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, kumquat and small notes of juicy/ripe Mirabelle plum associated with very fine hints of crunchy apple, orange zests as well as very discreet toasted hints (in the background). Good length. An imperceptible hint of beeswax on the finish.
