The nose is spicy, juicy and ripe. It offers notes of roasted red cherry, raspberry coulis, wild strawberry, fresh morello cherry, blue plum, blueberry, as well as touches of grilled vanilla, cinnamon, licorice, gray pepper and dried mint. There are also delicate floral touches of violet, rose petals and peony. On the palate, the wine is juicy, generous and enveloping, but very fresh. The attack is tasty and ample, it expresses notes of morello cherry, roasted red cherry, raspberry coulis, crushed strawberry, as well as Bourbon vanilla, cinnamon (in the background), licorice and cumin, combined with elegant floral notes (peony, violet). The finish is tasty, fleshy and creamy, with slightly jammy notes and fine spicy and minty hints. Beautiful freshness, lots of fruit and depth. The acidity is supple, but refreshing.
