On the nose, fruity, distinguished and offers a little concentration, minerality and intensity. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, pulpy/fresh blackcurrant and more lightly bursting black berries associated with fine points of pulpy violet plum, sweet spices, violet, cardamom, graphite and a very discreet hint of pepper (in the background). On the palate, fresh, balanced, mineral and offers a juicy/acidic frame, minerality, good definition, some tension, precision as well as a certain delicacy, a little power, a nice airy character, a certain delicacy (in its richness). The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy black currant, boysen bursting blackberry and more lightly fresh raspberry combined with hints of pulpy blue berries, licorice stick as well as discreet graphite, toast and a subtle hint of chocolate/mocha (in the background). The tannins are precise, distinguished and polished.
