The nose is elegant, precise and offers a certain richness, intensity, a fine complexity as well as a beautiful grain. It reveals notes of crunchy apple, ripe citrus (grapefruit, lemon) and small notes of fresh almond associated with touches of juicy peach, lemon blossoms, lily of the valley as well as discreet hints of fresh quince / juicy, a subtle hint of flint and imperceptible hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, roundness, finesse, a fine acidulous frame, richness (in balance), fleshiness, harmony as well as a very beautiful delicacy and finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy pear, fleshy / juicy white peach and small notes of vanilla, lemon associated with touches of quenette, lemon blossoms, almond, fleshy / crushed small white fruits as well as toasted hints, dried almonds, zest, very fine hints of exotic fruits and a very discreet buttered hint. Good length. Beautiful gourmandize and sapidity (a fine salinity) on the finish / persistence.
