This dry Riesling is characterized by its very aromatic, almost pungent ex-pression. The nose strikes of floral notes, mostly dried flowers, with a slight herbaceousness that is reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc. The aromas of wet grass and wet rocks combine with delicate, ripe pears and citrus. The palate is a complete overflow of taste. The vibrant acidity and quite perceptible minerality lift up the whole structure. The floral aromas are taking over on the palate, making it a full-bodied, perfumed concentrated whole. The finale is rounded and weighty but with good length.
