It reveals notes of wild strawberry, wild raspberry and small notes of red berries associated with fine hints of Sichuan pepper, cery discreet toasted hints as well as imperceptible hints of tobacco and tonka bean. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful juiciness, a beautiful precision, straightness as well as a beautiful gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous/juicy raspberry, acidulous/juicy cassis and small notes of fresh blackberry, Quetsche plum associated with small touches of liquorice stick, chocolate, discreet toasted hints, caramelization as well as very subtle hints of laurel and cornflower.
