The nose is fruity, elegant, fresh, slightly tight and offers richness, a certain complexity as well as gourmandise. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of crystallized lemon, quince and very discreet hints of honey, spices associated with a hint of botrytis and a subtle hint of dried grape. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers a beautiful freshness, a beautiful balance, a beautiful tension, a slight suavity as well as elegance. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon and slight notes of crystallized mandarin associated with a hint of zests as well as discreet hints of sweet green apple as well as a discreet hint of beeswax and sweet spices. Good length.
