The nose is aromatic, intense and offers a small elegance. It reveals notes of flowers and rose associated with slight notes of litchi, white peach, hints of fresh citrus as well as an imperceptible hint of spices and Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, minerality, fat as well as a slight unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of white peach, ripe/crushed pear and slight notes of lemon, mandarin associated with hints of fresh exotic fruits (litchi…). Good length and aromatic persistence.
