On 24 and 25 October 2026, Chablis will celebrate its new vintage with the return of the Chablis Wine Festival, one of the vineyard’s key autumn events. Organised by the Office du Chablis in partnership with the Comité des Vins de Bourgogne, the event will bring together around 40 winegrowers. Over two days, wine lovers, visitors and families will be able to meet producers and taste wines from the different Chablis and Grand Auxerrois appellations. Local gastronomy, concerts, workshops, exhibitions, children’s activities, craftspeople and a tourist train will complete the programme.

The official speeches will be followed by the Confrérie’s traditional induction ceremony.

Meanwhile, the Marathon de Chablis will return for its seventh edition on Saturday 24 October. The Wine Festival will take place on Boulevard du Dr Tacussel in Chablis. Admission will be free, with the tasting glass priced at €7.

This year, the Chablis Wine Festival will welcome winegrowers from Pic-Saint-Loup. The partnership will give visitors an opportunity to discover wines from this Languedoc appellation while encouraging exchanges between two wine regions with very different identities. On Saturday evening, Radio Moutarde’s DJs will take over Place Lafayette from 6 pm. Several yoga sessions organised by Yogociety will also feature among this year’s new activities.
