The fourth edition of one of the most eagerly awaited events is about to return!
On Monday 30 September at the Antica Tenuta Pegazzera in Casteggio (PV), the technical meeting between producers of bubbles and still wines from the Oltrepo Pavese area (Lombardy) and journalists and industry insiders will once again be staged.
The event, organised by the Consorzio Tutela Vini Oltrepò Pavese (Consortium for the Protection of Oltrepò Pavese Wines), always highlights different characteristics of the pinot noir produced in these lands, which have always been suited to its cultivation. It does so through a rich walk-around tasting under the portico of the Antica Tenuta Pegazzera and two thematic masterclasses.
“We are thrilled to inaugurate this fourth edition” – says Francesca Seralvo, President of the Consortium, unanimously elected last March – “the event has grown steadily and the experience gained allows us to improve every year. The 2024 edition – the first under my presidency – will represent the culmination of the work done so far, with the aim of promoting our territory and its wine excellence, Pinot Noir, more and more. We want the dialogue that began in September 2021 to expand with new interlocutors and adopt a language that is increasingly in line with our production. It is essential to enhance our excellence in an evolving market, promoting ourselves with passion and determination.”
