Clotilde Davenne celebrates 20 years of passion: a charity “Bouquet Final” on December 6 in Préhy
Domaine Clotilde Davenne, an iconic figure in the Chablis wine region, is preparing to close an exceptional year marking its 20th anniversary. To celebrate two decades of passion, audacity, and sharing, the estate is organizing a charity auction called “Le Bouquet Final” on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in Préhy, with proceeds going to the Association Ichtyose France.
An auction for a noble cause
Hosted by Maître Aurélie Guen (Dyonne Enchères), the auction will feature around a hundred lots: rare vintages from Domaine Clotilde Davenne, wines from other great Burgundy estates, generously donated by Femmes et Vins de Bourgogne, as well as several works of art.
This evening, sponsored by Margot Ducancel, founder of Rouge aux Lèvres and ambassador for women in wine, will be marked by sharing and solidarity. All proceeds will be donated to Ichtyose France, an association working to support research and families affected by this rare skin disease.

The Crémant Grand Millésime Anniversaire takes center stage
A symbol of this anniversary year, the Crémant de Bourgogne Grand Millésime 2020 cuvée will be honored during this event.
Created to celebrate the estate’s 20th anniversary, this exceptional cuvée, aged for 60 months on slats and with zero dosage, embodies the spirit of the house: purity, finesse, and expression of the Kimmeridgian terroir.
With its delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and buttered brioche, its fine bubbles, and its mineral tension, this exceptional Crémant illustrates the expertise and high standards of Clotilde Davenne, a pioneer in the art of Crémant de Bourgogne.
It will be included in the sale lots and will also be presented at the Wine Paris 2026 trade show.
An event that brings a year of celebrations to a close
Since March, Domaine Clotilde Davenne has been celebrating its anniversary with twenty themed events combining gastronomy, culture, and social gatherings: from the launch of Duo Délicieux with Meilleur Ouvrier de France Olivier Vidal, to the Rallye des Anciennes and participation in the Chablis Marathon.
The Bouquet Final on December 6 will conclude this historic year in a spirit of conviviality, unity, and solidarity, faithful to the estate’s values of authenticity, excellence, and generosity.
