From the marls of Cessola with alternating sandy layers, part of the Piedmont Tertiary Basin. Vinified in concrete and steel. Balsamic notes of mint and ripe yellow citrus, touches of white pepper. The palate is marked by savory persistence with echoes of mango.

“INDI” stands for indigenous yeasts but is also a tribute to Indie music. From Monterotondo, on mixed soils, with fermentation via pied de cuve. Brilliant and charismatic, offering zesty lime, brine, candied ginger, and balsamic hints. A broad, decisive palate with pronounced saline amplitude.

60 months on the lees, with clear notes of ripe citron, apple, white chocolate, and briny nuances. The palate is intensely saline, with fruit depth and creamy bubbles. Very long finish.

Aged 24 months on the lees, from clay soils. Crisp bubbles, sharp tension with hints of pastry, evolving into fruity, almond, and iodine notes.
