Deep colored and deep flavored this wine shows distinct aromas of orange peel, apricot jam, caramel and spices. Its texture is viscous and creamy, with very concentrated flavors. The finish shows some length with a final blast of oranges.
This Icewine is barrel fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 2 months for added depth of complexity. An elegant icewine with flavors of orchard fruit lemon drops, pears, apricot jam, peach and acacia honey. The palate is intense with a syrupy texture and bold richness. It’s definitely for the advised sweet wines drinkers.
On the nose, this wine displays alluring aromas of grilled peach and pineapple, caramelized brown sugar and orange peel. It’s full-bodied, high acidity, with a lovely density, but not clogging. The finish linger on some lovely candied fruit notes.
Aged for four months in oak, this wine is well-opened with aromas of candied fruit, tangerine herbs and honey. It has a smooth and generous mouth, with concentrated stone fruit flavors, that lingers long in a beautiful finish.
This Icewine is made with Cabernet Franc, with interplay of complex red fruits and even some supple tannins. It’s a direct wine with notes of wild strawberry, pomegranate, wet stone, cherry and cranberry. It’s decently concentrated while still retaining lightness and brightness.
Explosive aromas of dried raisins, dried apricot, pear and honey are joined with layers of apple pie, toasty almonds and candied orange. It’s an intense wine but very pure at the same time. Length and depth are excellent, and while sugar concentration is very high, acids are also nicely refreshing.
Intensely packed flavors of sweet, ripe strawberries, rhubarb, Cherries, blackberries and slight touch of chocolate and caramel. It’s sweet but more lush than jammy. Rich and refreshing, with incredible complexity and perfect balance, between the precise acidity and lush sweetness.
