Bubble Cabernet Franc in traditional method. Explosive nose with notes of red fruits (currants, strawberries, small bays). The palate is marked by a freshness combined with notes of wild strawberry, red fruit and a hint of acidity. A very light and pleasant notes with a saline finish.
An unusual and surprising at first, since wine is a sparkling red! While it is not uncommon to find in the United States as in France it is rare or even unique. The nose is marked by red fruit (ripe strawberry, fresh cherry and currant). These notes on the palate. The latter is full, sweet…
A more elegant complex wine finer and fresher than the previous wine (Brut – NV). The nose is fruity, floral with a slight vegetal note. A sharp attack on toasted aromas, apricot, peach, quince and lemon combined with sweet orange peel and sweet notes of brioche more pronounced than the previous wine.
It consists of 60% Chenin, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Chardonnay. A fairly well done sparkling, fresh. The nose is floral and brioche. The palate is fresh, soft. It expresses fruity notes (including Quince and peach), white flowers but also honey and almond. Also slight brioche notes on the palate.
