A more elegant complex wine finer and fresher than the previous wine (Brut – NV). The nose is fruity, floral with a slight vegetal note. A sharp attack on toasted aromas, apricot, peach, quince and lemon combined with sweet orange peel and sweet notes of brioche more pronounced than the previous wine.

Domaine Langlois-Chateau – Langlois – Crémant de Loire (BRUT) – NV

It consists of 60% Chenin, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Chardonnay. A fairly well done sparkling, fresh. The nose is floral and brioche. The palate is fresh, soft. It expresses fruity notes (including Quince and peach), white flowers but also honey and almond. Also slight brioche notes on the palate.
